About Us
NAVORA (Nautical Aptitude & Vocational Orientation Readiness Assessment) is a comprehensive assessment and career orientation program designed to evaluate the aptitude, skills, interests, and career readiness of aspiring candidates. The program helps students make informed decisions about their educational and professional future through structured assessments, career guidance, and counseling support.
NAVORA assesses candidates on various parameters, including aptitude, logical reasoning, communication skills, general awareness, personality traits, and vocational suitability. Based on the assessment outcomes, candidates receive guidance on suitable career pathways aligned with their abilities, interests, and industry requirements.
As part of its career guidance initiatives, NAVORA also provides information and counseling support for students interested in the Maritime sector. Candidates may receive guidance regarding career opportunities such as GP Rating, Diploma in Nautical Science (DNS), B.Sc. Nautical Science, Marine Engineering, Electro-Technical Officer (ETO), and other maritime education pathways. Students are assisted in understanding eligibility criteria, career prospects, and training requirements to help them make informed decisions.
NAVORA further supports aspiring maritime candidates by recommending suitable educational institutions and training pathways based on individual assessment results. Guidance is provided regarding admission processes, career planning, and professional readiness to help candidates prepare for successful careers in the maritime industry.
Through a structured and transparent approach, NAVORA aims to promote career awareness, skill development, employability, and professional growth among students and job seekers.
NAVORA is an initiative of CCMS Educational Foundation, dedicated to empowering individuals through career guidance, vocational orientation, and professional readiness programs
